Bronze falconer by Adolphe Martial Thabard (1831-1905)
Adolphe Martial Thabard won medals at the Paris Salon in 1863, 1868 and 1872. He was awarded the Chevalier of the Legion d'Honneur in 1884, and this particular model achieved the silver medal at the Universelle Exposition in 1889.
Stands 42" high.
