Two original and rare 1970s BMF Nagel ‘Orion’ candle holders in cast and polished steel.
This series of candle holders feature modules that are permanently affixed to their tulip-style bases.
Additional removable modules can be added to these bases to create individual sculptural holders (with or without candles).
The Orion series was designed in the 1970s by Caesar Stoffi and made by metalworker Hans Nagel of Germany. (Some Nagel designs recently have been re-issued by Stoff, Copenhagen). Two additional modular pieces are included along with the two tulip bases (with fixed elements).
